TO JOIN: To become a member of GASC, simply write an e-mail to the Secretary-Treasurer, Professor Ian Dennis, at Please include your mailing address, and the e-mail address at which you would prefer to be contacted. Dues can be paid either by using the Pay Pal button on this site, or by writing a cheque.

DUES: The dues are:

Regular Members: $CDN 40
Students, Underemployed, Retired: $CDN 25

Aside from supporting the Society and its goals, benefits of membership currently include:

- voting rights in the GASC
- a discount on GA conference registration fees (varies from year to year)
- eligibility to apply for financial assistance to attend GA conferences (as available)

We would also like to offer new members a small “tangible” to express our appreciation. We will send you either a DVD with video-taped lectures by Professor Eric Gans and others from the 2009 and 2010 GA conferences, or, a souvenir t-shirt from the 2010 GA conference in Utah (while supplies last). If you would like either of these items, please indicate which in your e-mail or dues letter. (If you would like a t-shirt, please also provide the preferred size and we’ll do our best to accommodate.)
